Meet the Team
Our team is comprised of caring physicians and researchers with extensive experience in translating knowledge to the patient bedside, developing new treatments, and improving patient care.
Loren Miller, MD, MPH
Professor of Medicine at the David Geffen School of Medicine at University of California, Los Angeles; a faculty member in the Division of Adult Infectious Diseases at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center; and serves as the Director of the Infection Control Program at Harbor-UCLA. Dr. Miller received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, and his Masters in Public Health from the University of California, Los Angeles. His primary research interests include clinical outcomes, epidemiology, and molecular epidemiology of community-associated methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (CA-MRSA) infections and skin infections.
Donna Phan Tran, MPH
Donna has been working at The Lundquist Institute for about 5 years. She is a clinical research Project Coordinator for the Division of Infectious Diseases at the Lundquist Institute at Harbor-UCLA. She enjoys hanging out with her dog, traveling, and playing video games.

Clinical Coordinator for 35 years at Lundquist. Her favorite part of the job is interacting with study participants. Her secret talent is locating Golden Gnome/Golden Sleigh at World Market.
